Oatmeal Muffins


4 ripe bananas, mashed

3-4 cups rolled oats

1/4 raisins

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. vanilla extract


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl combine all of the ingredients.  

Stir until everything in incorporated.

Place batter in a non stick muffin pan or place a cupcake wrappers in the muffin pan.

Then take 1/2 cup of the mixture and add it to each muffin cup.

Bake for 25-30 minutes and remove from the oven.

Allow to cool and store in a container in the fridge.

You can add a ton of other things to this recipe, but consider this the base.  Add in diced apples, cranberries, chocolate chips, pumpkin, etc.
